A Hero's Journey Begins!

I say, good sirs, it has come to my realization that I am in fact fat.  My jeans happened to tell me about it this morning as I attempted to put them on, yet their screams were squelched as I tried to squeeze in.  So I had an epiphany, of all things, that I should start posting pictures daily to keep track of progress as I begin a rigorous exercise routine.  I worn you folks that some maybe a slight bit disturbing to start as I am out of shape (children, avert thine eyes!).  It'll also be a way of helping me to keep track of activities as well as set up a set of rules to follow.  At the moment though I need sleep so I bid you farewell for this evening.
