So recap time of day 1: I'm exhausted.... Yes, exercise generally results in this if you work hard enough at it. Today I ran for an hour and then proceeded to run up and down the bleachers at a local high school. Our hero returned from said venture dripping of sweat so much that it looked as though I had dove head first into the ocean. Was it worth it? Time will tell..
Goals for day 2: run the same amount, if not more; do an exercise routine (ex. abs).
