My will power is getting weak. Friends are in town this week. They want to go out to the casino tonight. Although the idea of gambling seems very appealing, I really don't want to spend all that much. Not only that, but out on the casino floor is our arch enemy.... alcohol. Yes, alcoholic beverages that a free (well, you have to tip the server like a dollar but whatever). So many wasted calories.. Must resist. Fear not! I shan't stray from the path.

Today, 30min cardio and resistance routine (though I wasn't supposed to according to the guide I'm following, meh...).
